Application Problem:
PET plastic bottling industry OEMs requiring longer life shocks for maintaining equipment up-time. Special integral mount design stretch rod shock was needed to fit today's modern bottling machines.
 
ITT Custom Solution:
SP23645 on-piece stretch-rod shock was developed.
Incorporates specialty seals, bearing material and superior hydraulic fluid. 
Unitary center cap with Delrin glide pad to reduce rod side loading for long-stroke cylinder.

Customer Benefit:
Improved machine uptime and production throughput; 3,000 hours uptime achieved.
